Provide individual therapy for patients with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting using both in-person and virtual modalities. Collaborate with community partners and emergency services to ensure patient safety and appropriate levels of care.
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience treating substance use. Requires proficiency in DSM-5-TR, electronic health records, and a passion for serving underserved populations.

You are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor that is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care with an emphasis on substance use. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the best therapeutic modalities for your patient and work with them on achieving their therapeutic goals in an outpatient setting. You are comfortable providing individual therapy both in person and virtually.
