The Health Services Director manages the overall health and safety of assisted living residents by coordinating care plans and acting as a liaison with medical providers. They are also responsible for hiring, training, and supervising nursing staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in senior living or healthcare and 2-3 years of supervisory experience. A nursing certification (RN, LPN, or LVN) and First Aid/CPR/BLS certification are required.

The Health Services Director (LPN) will be an experienced, dynamic leader, with superb communication skills and a passion to serve. The Health Services Director serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide quality care to our assisted living residents. Additionally, this role is responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff that is capable of providing superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents, and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

More specifically, the Principals of Clearwater have been an integral part of creating various senior living platforms for operators as part of senior management. To further that goal, Clearwater Living and Berkshire Group entered into a joint venture in 2016. Through the joint venture, Clearwater Living will strategically acquire, develop and operate a full range of senior housing communities (including a mix of active adult, independent living, assisted living and memory care) throughout the Western United States. CWL is comprised of a high-performance real estate team utilizing our collective imagination, ingenuity and inventiveness in everything we do. Our passion is to create and manage high-quality senior living communities uniquely positioned and designed to complement their community and neighborhood culture.
