The Facility Manager oversees the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all agency properties and vehicles through hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance. They are also responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring full compliance with safety and building codes.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of building maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, and proficiency in basic trade skills like carpentry and electrical work. A high school diploma or professional building certification is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal background checks.
