The Wellness Instructor will work with the therapy team to deliver restorative care, fitness, and exercise programs to patients. Responsibilities include performing tasks such as ambulation, transfer training, and range of motion exercises in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Candidates must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a background in exercise or activity training for senior populations.
