The LVN provides professional nursing care for patients with traumatic brain injuries at clinics, residential sites, and in the community. Key duties include administering medications, performing treatment procedures, and ensuring patient safety during behavioral outbursts.
Candidates must hold a current licensure from the State Board of Nursing and a valid driver's license. CPR certification is required, and experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities
The Staff Licensed Vocational Nurse renders professional nursing care pursuant to the objective and policies of the Centre. Work is part time during the weekdays, some weekend coverage and on-call work required. Work is performed at the clinic with some work in the community and residential site. A staff LVN will work directly under the supervision of the Nursing Department Coordinator or staff RN’s but utilize all nursing skills to make safe, appropriate and independent decisions within the scope of the LVN nursing practice.
