H2 Health Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Amarillo, Texas. If you're passionate about helping children reach their full potential and want to work in a collaborative, clinician-led environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career.
Our pediatric team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. Through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive skills, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for every child and family we serve.
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environments
Partner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes
Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized ABA programming
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Current state licensure, if required
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Commitment to delivering ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services
