Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one pediatric speech therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing challenges while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited SLPA program and hold or be eligible for a Texas SLPA license. While one year of experience and pediatric expertise are preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

\nSpeech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Qualifications and Responsibilities
Provide pediatric speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Implement individualized treatment plans to address:
Speech disorders
Language delays
Articulation and phonological disorders
Feeding and swallowing challenges
Social communication skills
Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
Educate and support parents and caregivers with home programs and therapeutic strategies.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.
Build positive, lasting relationships with children and their families through compassionate, one-on-one care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
Current Texas SLPA license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date).
One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
