The Sports Specialist assists the Program Director with overall sports program development, staff training, and administrative tasks such as scheduling and roster management. They also serve as the primary contact for parents and coaches while ensuring the safety and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a basic understanding of various sports principles. Required certifications include Bloodborne Pathogens and Defensive Driving upon hire, with CPR and First Aid required within 60 days.

The Sports Specialist will assist the Sports Program Director in overall program development, and orientation and training of staff. This person is generally on site every day of the programs and works before the program season beings after the close of the last week to wrap things up.
