Deliver compassionate hospice care to patients in homes and facilities to enhance quality of life and provide comfort. Work within an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families during end-of-life moments.
Must be a licensed LPN in the State of Ohio with CPR certification and a valid driver's license. One year of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.
This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with every 6th weekend rotation and 1 holiday requirement per year. This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the greater Eaton/Preble County and SW Montgomery counties
