Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments, and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. The Universal Worker will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care.
The Universal Worker – Assisted Living supports tenants by providing personal care, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance in a comfortable, home-like setting. This role helps with activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders, while also ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with assisted living standards. The Universal Worker plays a key part in maintaining a positive living environment where tenants receive the care and support they need.
0600-1430 & 1400-2230 | 56 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | One weekend minimum per month
1400-2230 | 32-56 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | Every other weekend and holiday
1800-0630 | 72 hrs/pp | 12-hr shifts | Every third weekend and every other holiday
Qualifications
Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required.
Direct care experience.
