Responsible for driving asset protection and shortage control programs to ensure the security and safety of the store. This includes monitoring activity via cameras and floor walks to prevent theft, fraud, and internal/external incidents.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic computer and surveillance equipment.
A Brief Overview
The Asset Protection Associate assists the store in achieving shortage reduction metrics. This role assists with case investigations, with a focus on identifying and preventing internal and external AP incidents. The Asset Protection Associate leads store policy knowledge and ensures proper execution of action plans, security procedures, and safety programs. This is an hourly position.
