Provide governance and complaints subject matter expertise to strengthen the contact centre's control environment and regulatory compliance. Lead root cause analysis of complaints to implement corrective actions and track remediation of operational failures.
Requires experience in an operational environment such as a contact centre, risk, or governance support. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the end-to-end complaints journey.
Provide governance and complaints SME support to strengthen the Contact Centre’s control environment, regulatory compliance and day-to-day conduct. Maintain accurate governance and control records, co-ordinate governance forum materials and follow-up, and support adherence to frameworks. Lead complaints root cause analysis and translate themes into owned, timebound corrective and preventative actions, validating effectiveness. Partner with operational and governance leads to track remediation from incidents, near misses, control failures and assurance findings, and support continuous improvement through coaching and practical application of governance expectations.
