Lead all operational departments of the site, including production, maintenance, and laboratory, while ensuring the achievement of EBITDA and SHEQ KPIs. Manage the plant's financial performance, P&L, and lead Capex proposals to improve safety and operational efficiency.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering with at least 5 years of experience managing a chemical or liquid waste plant. Must possess strong financial acumen for P&L management and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
