The Test Engineer designs and executes test plans to validate system functionality and performance within DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate validation, ensure security compliance, and track defects to meet mission requirements.
Candidates must be US citizens with an active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering. Required experience includes 5-7 years of software testing in Agile environments and certifications such as DoD 8140 or 8570 IAM Level II.
About the role
Concept Plus is seeking a Test Engineer to support client IT systems across development, operations, and modernization initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of client technology environments, including DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, Cloud One environments, and Oracle/Java-based systems operating across classified and unclassified DISA and cloud environments.
The Test Engineer plays a key role in validating system functionality, performance, and integration within a DevSecOps environment. This position works closely with development teams, Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps resources, Product Owners, and the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure testing is integrated into the delivery lifecycle, supports automated validation within CI/CD pipelines, and ensures solutions meet quality, security, and mission requirements.
