The Office Manager will provide high-level administrative support to mid-executive personnel, including correspondence management, travel support, and meeting coordination. They are also responsible for supervising support teams, managing records, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma with 10 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in an administrative field. A DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required, along with expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and government administrative processes.
Office Manager (Advanced) will be capable of executing and leading tasks associated with mid-executive level (SES/Flag Officer, O-6 military, GS-15/NH-IV civilian), and/or general administrative support in all aspects of administration. Ability to work independently or leading teams to solve problems and have experience with DoD support. Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
o Acceptable substitute: AA and 6 years’ experience in administrative/business field -OR- HS Diploma or equivalent and 10 years’ administrative/business field.
