The Planner/Work Activity Coordinator ensures maintenance work is executed safely and efficiently by managing work packages and coordinating between operations and service providers. They are responsible for scheduling tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring all maintenance documentation is completed accurately.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience. Possession of or eligibility for a TWIC card is mandatory, and the role requires the ability to work on-site in a physical industrial environment.

This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond Infra”) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company.
Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Planner/ Work Activity Coordinator in Seadrift (TX).
The Planner/Work Activity Coordinator has the primary responsibility for ensuring that maintenance work is carried out safely in an effective and efficient manner following the appropriate work processes. The maintenance needs of a production facility change rapidly due to the dynamic environment that exists in manufacturing. The Planner/Work Activity Coordinator is the Focal Point for Operations to utilize to efficiently address these changing maintenance needs. This person works with both Diamond and Contract personnel, utilizing their knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage the maintenance needs of the maintenance department supported plants.
