Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas to ensure the facility is attractive and secure. Duties include general janitorial work, seasonal groundskeeping, and reporting necessary repairs.
Preferably six months of related experience with knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical safety. Must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, including climbing ladders up to 30 feet and working in confined spaces.

Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. May complete duties related to window washing, meeting set up, snow removal, groundskeeping, and other related responsibilities.
