The Omni Fraud Analyst monitors transactions and reviews fraud queues to safeguard brands against fraudulent activity. The role involves analyzing fraud patterns, managing chargebacks, and reporting findings to leadership to mitigate financial and reputational risk.
Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of fraud prevention experience in an omni-retail environment. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical and investigative skills are required.
The Omni Fraud Analyst is responsible for reviewing transactions, assessing fraud risk, and helping safeguard all KnitWell brands against fraudulent activity. This role uses KnitWell’s fraud management platforms and internal systems to monitor orders, identify emerging fraud patterns, support loss mitigation efforts, and communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional partners.

This position works a hybrid model consistent with the needs of the business at either our Etna (OH) Distribution Center or Ft Myers (FL) Chico's FAS or Hingham (MA) Talbots office.
