This role is responsible for analyzing signal characteristics, determining signal structure, defining signal parameters, and modeling signal behavior across a variety of communication and non-communication signal types. The role works closely with engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to support target development, waveform analysis, and technical intelligence production.
