We are actively seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to lead and coordinate team activities; including delegating work assignments, inventory management, policy adherence, and training under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
Pay Range $25/hour - $39/hour, based on qualifications and experience
Additional Compensation We operate two shifts and 2nd Shift employees are given a $1/hour shift differential
Established in 1994 by Futaba Industrial Co., Ltd., we have been in Carol Stream, IL from the beginning and added an additional facility in Bloomingdale, IL. A Japanese owned manufacturer of stamped and welded products, supplying the automotive industry with performance auto parts, related to emissions, fuel, and exhaust.
