The Asphalt Quality Control Manager is responsible for establishing quality standards and managing quality assurance processes across multiple asphalt plants. They will lead a team of technicians, develop hot mix asphalt designs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in asphalt production and quality control, along with 3-5 years of leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are required, with preference given to those familiar with Missouri DOT standards.

The Asphalt Quality Control Manager is a leader responsible for establishing quality standards, managing quality assurance processes, and ensuring products meet regulatory and customer requirements. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and manage all Quality Control technicians and asphalt associated activities within the region. This will include HMA production at multiple plants around the St. Louis market.
