The Lunchroom Supervisor maintains a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for students during meal times. They are responsible for monitoring student behavior, implementing lunchroom procedures, and fostering a spirit of respect and community.
Candidates must be committed to the Catholic identity of the school and enjoy working with elementary and middle school students. Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce school expectations with fairness and firmness are required.

The Lunchroom Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, orderly, and
convivial lunch environment that reflects the mission and virtues of St. Mary Catholic Virtue
School. Working collaboratively with other lunchroom supervisors and faculty, this position
ensures that lunchroom procedures are consistently implemented while fostering a spirit of
conviviality, respect, gratitude, self-control, and responsibility. The Lunchroom Supervisor helps
students experience lunchtime as an opportunity to build community through joyful fellowship,
courteous conversation, and shared meals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00-1:00
Student Contact Days: Approximately 170
Wage: $17-20 an hour
Guided by the Holy Spirit, we are a community centered in the Eucharist.
