A Day in the Life
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Perth. This is an excellent role for an individual with strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices. Your clinical guidance and technical expertise will prove to be valuable for driving business growth and delivering best possible outcomes to our customers

Our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist, reporting to the Service Innovation Manager, to be based in Perth.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit
Providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customers
Conducting on-site education and / or consulting
Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support
Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team
Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
Working closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support
Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.
Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales.
Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver’s licence required
