The Defect Metrology Staff Engineer is responsible for writing, optimizing, and managing defect inspection recipes across various platforms. They also manage tool uptime, availability, and budget while engaging with support teams to identify and resolve critical defects.
Candidates must have a technology-related bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or a master's degree with 3 years of experience. Strong expertise in defect metrology, equipment engineering, and statistical process control is required.

SkyWater is hiring a Defect Metrology Staff Engineer for our Austin TX site! Will provide defect metrology recipe application and equipment engineering support across KLA, Applied Materials, and Camtek platforms. The System types include brightfield, darkfield, bare wafer, macro inspection, and SEM review.
