Requires 5+ years in organ donation (or 3+ years with a clinical background like ICU nursing) and hands-on organ recovery experience. Must have a proven track record of teaching or mentoring others in high-acuity clinical environments.

We’re looking for a Clinical Trainer – Organ Recovery and Preservation to help develop the next generation of high-performing recovery professionals.
This is not a traditional educator role.
In this position, you will combine hands-on clinical expertise, live case coaching, and training program development to strengthen organ recovery practice across the team. You will work directly with Organ Recovery Coordinators, Organ Recovery Specialists, and Surgical Recovery Specialists to build surgical recovery capability, reinforce best practices in the field, and improve consistency, safety, and performance.
