The Ecologist will lead wetland and stream delineation field work, prepare regulatory permit applications, and coordinate with federal and state agencies. They will also support business development, mentor junior staff, and provide technical expertise for ecological and restoration projects.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Biology, or Environmental Science and possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in wetland delineation and permitting. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certification preferred.

Verdantas is seeking an Ecologist to join our Midwest Environmental team in Ohio.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced, respected ecological consulting team in the Midwest. The successful candidate will utilize technical and task management skills on a variety of diverse, sometimes complex, projects requiring multi-disciplinary collaboration, independent review, and problem-solving.
