The Senior Quality Engineer leads quality assurance initiatives and implements control systems to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance. They are responsible for driving continuous improvement projects, leading complex investigations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in QMS, root cause analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, FMEA), and statistical process control is required.
