Description
Join a Team Where Supporting Clinicians Leads to Better Patient Care
At IntraNerve Neuroscience, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people. As a clinician-founded, privately held company, we've built a culture where neurophysiologists are supported by leaders who understand the work because they've done it themselves.
Every day, our team partners with surgeons and healthcare systems across the country to deliver high-quality IntraOperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM), helping protect patients during routine and complex surgical procedures. Since 2010, we've maintained Joint Commission accreditation and now monitor more than 40,000 patients each year without losing sight of what matters most: our people, our clinical standards, and the relationships that drive exceptional care.
If you're looking for a new opportunity with a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and your long-term growth we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Perform preoperative patient assessments including medical history review, informed consent, and monitoring plan coordination with the surgical team and interpreting physician.
Measure and apply recording electrodes; set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for each procedure.
Provide continuous real-time intraoperative monitoring using SSEPs, MEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs, and other modalities as indicated.
Analyze and interpret electrophysiological waveforms, recognizing normal patterns, variants, and abnormalities while accounting for anesthetic and pharmacological influences.
Communicate monitoring findings in real-time to the interpreting physician and surgical team throughout each procedure.
Complete post-operative technical reports, IONM logs, and billing documentation following case completion.
Maintain equipment in proper working order, following cleaning, storage, and transportation protocols.
Participate in on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons and OR staff at assigned facilities.
Participate in quality assurance projects, quarterly case audits, grand rounds, and continuing education activities.
Compensation & Benefits
The final salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, and education level. Total compensation also includes:
Comprehensive Health Benefits & Wellbeing Program with the opportunity to earn 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee-only coverage.
Dental and Vision Insurance (with significant employer cost-sharing).
Competitive 401(k) with employer match and immediate eligibility.
Continuing Education (CE) Allowance and paid CE days to maintain your CNIM, attend conferences, and advance your career.
Quarterly Case Utilization Bonus Incentive
Travel Pay Incentive
Marketing Bonuses
PTO & Company-Paid Holidays
Volunteer Paid Days
Company-Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability
Employee Assistance Program (with counseling sessions and work/life support)
Telehealth Provider access for you and your family members
Advanced Case Training may be available
Requirements
What You’ll Need
Required:
Active CNIM certification.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as defined by ABRET for CNIM eligibility.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, pathologic processes, and aseptic techniques.
Proficiency with IONM equipment and ability to acquire and analyze data across multiple IONM modalities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff.
referred:
2+ years of IONM experience.
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time position with variable weekly schedule based on surgical caseload.
Work is performed in the operating room environment; requires prolonged focus, standing, the ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs, and Manual dexterity for applying electrodes and operating equipment.
Rotating on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Local staff serving local facilities throughout the greater front range of Colorado with a primary focus in Colorado Springs.
Dedicated 24/7 operations support team.
Why IntraNerve?
Privately owned and mission-driven company focused on patient care and clinical excellence
20 years of industry experience as a reliable, ethical, quality-focused services provider.
Joint Commission Accredited since 2010 - over 40,000 patients monitored annually.
Award-Winning Workplace (recognized for Innovation, Professional Development, Employee Well-Being, Leadership, and Purpose & Values.
Local Staff, Local Impact - you build lasting relationships with your surgical teams.
Commitment to Excellence, Integrity, and Professionalism in everything we do.
Resources & Support - work with state-of-the-art technology backed by a dedicated and professional business operations team (Operations, Human Resources, IT, Billing)
In neurological care, critical decisions are often made under pressure with little room for uncertainty.
IntraNerve Neuroscience exists to help hospitals and physicians navigate that complexity with dependable clinical support, ethical stewardship, and experienced neurological insight when it matters most.
Founded in 2006, INN provides intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), EEG monitoring, and remote physician interpretation services for healthcare organizations across the United States. Our teams support surgical and critical care environments where consistency, communication, and clinical judgment are essential.
We believe neuromonitoring should feel less like an outsourced service and more like a trusted extension of the care team that is integrated thoughtfully, responsive in real time, and grounded in accountability.
As a Joint Commission–accredited telehealth organization since 2010, INN provides nationwide coverage and 24/7 support while maintaining rigorous clinical and operational standards. Each year, our clinicians support the care of more than 40,000 patients nationwide.
Our approach is deliberate. Because protecting neurological care also means protecting the standards behind it.
