The Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits in both clinic and telehealth settings. They will collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress for those with brain injuries.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina and a CPR/BLS certification. Experience in neurology, concussion care, or TBI-related care is preferred.

SynapseTBI offers a complete protocol of objective diagnostic testing to substantiate the following diagnosis's; Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) Mild Traumatic Brain Injures (mTBI), and Post Concussion Syndrome. Our testing is recommended and validated by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) for "Post TBI Patients who either have symptoms of cognitive deficits and/or have sustained a TBI sufficient to cause same". We also offer Neurologist consultations, recommended treatment plans, Psych Evals, In-home TBI treatment programs, in-facility Neuro Rehab/Physical Therapy, and Life Care Plans.
