Job Description
To support and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface. Projects may include: Speculative suites and workplace fit-outs, End-of-trip facilities, Lobby upgrades
To deliver leasing-driven capital projects for clients across a commercial property portfolio
Independently manage multiple leasing and capital projects from initiation through to completion.
Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Manage project programmes and ensure critical leasing milestones are achieved.
Monitor risks, budgets, procurement, and project reporting.
Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
Experienced in commercial, workplace fit-outs, commercial upgrades
Strong background in design management
Client-side consulting experience is ideal.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
