主要工作目标（岗位简介）
通过制定定制化的区域市场策略树立品牌优势，赋能合作伙伴团队以及通过项目管理与内外部合作整合资源，推动成熟产品项目在区域的落地，实现相关业务目标达成。探索医院渠道的可持续经营体系，实现产品在医院终端的价值重塑及商业目标达成，并维护公司产品在医院渠道的品牌影响力。
1、结合公司产品特点，制定区域市场策略与执行
深度解读国家及各省市政策动态、市场竞争格局，结合产品特性与医院终端需求，制定拓展目标医院业务整体策略，搭建医院端业务运作体系。
2、项目管理与经销商协作
结合总部策略和区域实践提升产品医院覆盖广度与深度。
与区域合作伙伴构建良好的合作关系；整合经销商资源建立与合作伙伴的协同机制，确保产品在医院终端的供应保障以及业务目标达成。 联动市场部制定市场方案，赋能经销商聚焦产品临床价值传递。赋能合作伙伴的业务活动，定期向业务部门/职能部门负责人提供反馈
3、目标达成与模式探索
向经销商商议制定负责区域内经销商年度/季度/月度商业目标，监督经销商建立关键绩效指标跟踪体系，监控业务数据，定期汇报目标达成情况、策略执行效果及市场动态。 针对目标达成偏差，敦促经销商快速制定优化策略与资源配置，确保产品医院端业务稳健发展。
制定区域市场策略和区域准入跟进机制，制定项目计划，建立区域项目管理回顾机制，确保区域项目合规落地及实现区域项目高效费用管理。积极探索创新模式并试点推广。
4、跨部门协同与资源整合
积极协同公司内外部资源，联动公司各个跨部门团队，协调资源支持推动解决业务推进中的跨部门协作问题。推进渠道资源的整合，保障目标达成。
5、其他
严格遵守中国法律法规及罗氏内部的合规政策，确保所有市场活动合法合规。监控业务流程中的潜在风险及时处理以保障业务健康运行。完成上级主管指派的其他临时性项目工作。
