Vogliamo creare un atmosfera unica, incoraggiando i clienti a visitare i nostri negozi per incontrare amici, rilassarsi e prendere un caffè, mentre acquistano il loro prossimo paio di occhiali!
In qualità di Store Manager, il tuo ruolo è centrale nella costruzione di questa fantastica esperienza per il cliente. Sarai un ambasciatore chiave del brand e fornirai guida e conoscenza al team per ottenere grandi risultati!
La tua missione
- Sviluppare il fatturato del tuo negozio.
- Coaching quotidiano, formazione e sviluppo delle competenze del tuo team.
- È essenziale essere un grande brand ambassador.
- Elevata efficienza commerciale per raggiungere gli obiettivi mensili, i tuoi KPI personali e del tuo team.
- Supervisionare le operazioni del punto vendita.
- 5+ Store Manager experience.
- Entusiasta di lavorare in un ambiente frenetico, di crescere e gestire un ambiente autonomo con un potenziale infinito.
- Essere in grado di costruire un eccellente rapporto con i clienti per incoraggiarli a tornare da Jimmy Fairly in futuro, e raccomandarci ad amici e familiari.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Forti capacità organizzative, comunicative, di servizio al cliente e di problem solving.
- Forti capacità commerciali.
