The Team Lead provides daily direction to associates regarding merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service activities. They support management in achieving sales, gross margin, and payroll goals while maintaining plan-o-grams and conducting product demos.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales. Proficiency in PC-based tools and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds, is required.
