Take full ownership of store operations, including managing a team of 8-15 employees and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Perform all frontline duties such as register operation, stocking, and managing vendor deliveries and banking deposits.
Requires open availability to work any shift, a valid driver's license with insurance, and a minimum age of 21. Candidates should have retail or food management experience and the ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
