Lead all aspects of commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolios, serving as the primary contact for property owners. Manage financial activities including budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration while supervising a team of managers.
Requires 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and a Real Estate License where mandatory. A Bachelor's degree and professional designations like CPM or RPA are preferred.
As an LPC Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, coordinating all marketing, operations, and financial activities for one or more clients. You may also supervise other managers working directly on your asset or managing other assets and portfolios.
