The IT Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware, networks, and POS systems across multiple retail locations. They also manage outsourced technology vendors and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Candidates must have over 5 years of progressive IT experience and the ability to travel to various sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Cisco Meraki infrastructure, and hardware troubleshooting is required.
The IT Specialist will install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Coordinate technology needs with outsourced vendors for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Assist in researching, planning, and implementing new technologies to improve retail operations and team member efficiency. The Technology Specialist will also maintain that all systems are up to industry standards.
