職務概要

戦略的アカウントにおける売上成長と市場シェアの拡大を担う営業職です。経営層を含むステークホルダーとの強固なパートナーシップを構築し、ビジネス変革を主導します。部門横断的な連携を通じて、シスコの戦略的優先事項を推進する役割を担います。小売業界のエンタープライズ顧客を担当します。

職務内容

• 営業戦略の実行: 中長期的な営業戦略に基づき、販売目標達成に向けたロードマップを遂行します。

• ステークホルダーマネジメント: 顧客の経営層や担当者と対等なパートナーシップを築き、ビジネスの方向性に影響を与えるアドバイスを提供します。

• 組織横断的連携: プリセールス、製品開発、マーケティング等の部門を巻き込み、リソースを最適化して案件をリードします。

• ソリューション提案: シスコのポートフォリオを活用し、顧客の経営課題に対する包括的かつ革新的なソリューションを構築・提案します。

• 交渉・成約: 契約交渉においてリーダーシップを発揮し、戦略的な価値を生む契約を締結します。

• 市場分析: 市場トレンドや競合環境を分析し、顧客へ最適な提案を行います。

必須スキル・経験

• エンタープライズ顧客向けセールスの経験5年以上

• 経営層や主要ステークホルダーとの折衝経験

• 部門横断的なチームを巻き込み、成果を最大化する推進力

• 顧客のニーズを捉え、戦略を柔軟に修正できる洞察力

• 高いレベルの英語力（ビジネス上の交渉・コミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
