Job Description

• To provide high levels of customer service to all guests in line with Merlin Standards.
• To have up-to-date product knowledge of the attraction to assist and interactive with guests.
• To actively promote the attraction and deliver interaction with guests in line with Brand guidelines. 

 

Core Responsibilities

• Welcoming each guest ensuring that all of our guests have awesome experience, through proper queue management and a FUN attitude.
• Promoting Merlin Entertainments policy of quality customer care by ensuring a courteous, efficient, friendly and entertaining service to guests.
• Ensure the site is well presented and kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure that each transaction is conducted accurately and efficiently in accordance with the standards of cash handling procedures, considering rates, promotions, vouchers, discounts, etc.
• Assisting in the operation of 4D Cinema and rides, with our Master Model Builder to bring children’s imagination to life through LEGO.
• To identify guests’ needs and suggesting package/ merchandise to meet their needs.
• To follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
• To maintain a highest level of hygiene and quality standard for the F&B area.
• To ensure the mystery visit criteria is adhered to at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• You are a fun individual that loves working as part of a team
• You have a willing to learn attitude
• You are self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills
• You love being part of the action and relish the thought of working for the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and are truly passionate about the brand!
