常に質の高い、礼儀正しく、効率的で親切なサービスをゲストに提供すること。 安全衛生を最優先とし、アトラクションでの思い出に残る体験をお客様に提供すること。売上を最大化し、現金を正確に管理し、清潔さとマーチャンダイジングを最大化すること。
-全てのバウチャーでの会計が正確になされ、バウチャーの処理がされているか確認する。
-アップセルを行い、担当エリアの売上を最大化すること。
-カフェメニューの準備・セット・製造を行うこと。
-毎月のHSS監査を完了すること。
-新入社員（Host）のトレーニングを担当し、彼らの良い見本となること。
-その他、適宜割り当てられる業務、プロジェクト等を遂行すること。
・健康、安全、セキュリティ方針および管理システムに記載されている方針および手順を完全に遵守すること。
・職場内のリスクアセスメントを理解し、適切なラインマネージャーに新しいリスクを報告すること。
・自分の職務内の作業活動に関する安全作業手順を遵守すること。
・事件や事故が発生した場合、適切な報告が適時に行われるようにすること。
・毎月の安全衛生委員会に積極的に参加すること。
・毎週安全ウォークを実施すること。
・月に最低5件のニアミスを報告することを目標とすること。
・リスクアセスメントを完了し、毎年見直しを行い、必要に応じて更新すること。
