私たちのストアー（店舗）は、カスタマーが直接ブランドを感じられる H＆Mの大切な場所です。セールスアドバイザーやストアマネージャー（店長）、デパートメントマネージャー、ビジュアルマーチャンダイザーなど、店舗で働く全員が温かく魅力的な雰囲気作りを心がけています。また、エリアチームとも協力し、他の店舗と情報を共有して一緒に成功を目指しています。チームと共に、カスタマーが自分にぴったりな最新のトレンドやスタイルを楽しめるようにサポートします。カスタマーとの良い関係を築きながら、ファッションを多くの人に届けています。

就業時間 :1か月ごとのシフト制（8時間労働・休憩60分）
休日：週休２日
時間外労働の詳細：ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要
賃金：350万円（年俸制）～
加入保険：雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金、健康保険
有給消化率：80%以上
