Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces of retail locations, including walls, sidewalks, and parking lots. Respond to work orders and perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment and corporate vehicles.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years, and 1-3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to work alternative shifts, including overnights and weekends.

Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card, Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years., Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years., Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).More than 60 years ago, Sam Walton opened the first Walmart in Rogers, Arkansas.
