Responsible for supervising all store areas, managing non-exempt associates, and ensuring company standards for merchandising and customer service are met. Acts as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Requires two or more years of retail management experience and fluency in English. Candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends and possess the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
