The Retail Backroom Coordinator is responsible for overseeing truck deliveries, processing merchandise, and ensuring efficient flow to the sales floor. They also mentor associates, maintain backroom organization, and uphold merchandising and safety standards.
Candidates must have at least one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
