The Produce Associate is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive produce displays while ensuring high-quality standards through stock rotation and inventory management. They must also provide excellent customer service by assisting with special orders and engaging with shoppers.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 degrees. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
