Responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, processing transactions via the POS system, and handling returns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining store appearance through stocking, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with basic math skills and prior customer service experience. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and potential travel to other store locations are also required.
Purpose:
As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
