Bike Assembler
SPAR is expanding our Bike Assembly team in your area. As a SPAR Bike Assembler, you will be provided with the best training and support in the industry. If you enjoy assembling new bikes, grills, or furniture and you take pride in doing it right, then this job is the right fit for you. Paid training, weekly base against number of products assembled with unlimited upside earning potential. The more you assemble the more you can make!

Tools are supplied to assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other requested products with precision and adherence to SPAR’s specifications.
Flexible work hours
The amount of work can vary from store to store
Travel will be necessary to cover the stores in your territory

What You’ll Do:
Comprehensive training
Onsite Training
Work independently, utilizing your reliable transportation to reach designated stores.
Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction through exceptional service and top-notch craftsmanship.
Report on client work completions on the same day as service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with bikes, whether maintaining your own or in a professional setting (preferred)
Good communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently
Available weekday daytime hours
Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
Internet access with an active email address
Android or iOS smart phone and/or tablet for wireless reporting
Reliable transportation, some travel involved
