Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or retail. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Go-To-Market processes and merchandising systems.
As a Regional Merchandiser II, you will support the development and execution of regional merchandising strategies that deliver consumer-right assortments, align to brand priorities, and drive profitable growth in the marketplace.
Working within the regional Go-To-Market (GTM) process, you contribute to assortment planning, product adoption, and seasonal execution. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product strategies are translated into clear, accurate, and actionable deliverables.
This role focuses on enabling strong execution through data accuracy, insights, and collaboration, while building foundational skills in merchandising strategy, product storytelling, and business performance management.
