The Opportunity
How you will make an impact
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs, executing marketing events, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you will:
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies based on market research to increase clinic clientele and corporate utilization.
Identify new business opportunities, maintain an updated client roster, and create accurate proposals and quotations with a strict 48-hour turnaround time.
Organize marketing events and oversee the timely production of engaging marketing materials by coordinating with internal and external designers.
Act as the primary liaison between corporate clients, clinics, and the corporate office, ensuring immediate initial responses and a 24-hour turnaround for all inquiries to maintain zero client complaints.
Collaborate cross-functionally with doctors, clinic staff, operations, and finance teams to design tailored client solutions and proposals.
Conduct client surveys to gather valuable feedback and report outcomes to management.
Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in sales and marketing.
Strong sales techniques with the ability to approach new clients, service existing accounts, and up-sell to meet individual sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (for both small and large audiences) in written and verbal English, comfortable engaging with corporate clients, patients, doctors, and nurses.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
A highly self-motivated, trustworthy team player who possesses good mental and physical health to withstand high levels of stress in a target-driven environment.
Must possess your own transport and be willing to travel to handle new customers.
Flexibility & Travel: Involves local travel and occasional weekend or after-hours work to support marketing events.
Tools Provided: Fully equipped with a company laptop and SIM card to support your day-to-day sales and liaison activities.
