Taylor's International School Puchong is looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Executive to bring our brand to life through compelling digital storytelling. In this role, you will create engaging social media content, produce impactful short-form videos, and showcase the vibrant student experience across our digital platforms. If you are passionate about content creation, thrive on creativity, and enjoy capturing authentic moments that connect with audiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Conceptualise, plan, and produce high-quality digital content (short-form video, photography, graphics, copy) for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for paid and organic posts.
Film, edit, and deliver engaging short-form videos optimised for each platform’s best practices and audience behaviour.
Develop and maintain content pillars and creative narratives that express the TISPC brand and student experience.
Build and manage content calendars that maintain consistent posting and storytelling flow across channels.
Maintain brand tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Work closely with the school’s Media Coordinators to ensure ongoing coverage of school events, classroom experiences and community stories.
Capture authentic school moments that highlight students’ daily life, achievements, and values.
Monitor platform trends, cultural moments and new formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Track and analyse content performance and advertising results; iterate and refine creative posts based on data-driven insights.
Support planning, content development and live coverage for TISPC outreach events such as Open Days, Open Weeks and community engagements.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in digital content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and social media content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Creative, proactive, organised, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
