Role Summary:

Supports the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day operations, including lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and campaign coordination. This role assists in market research, sales reporting, and organising property viewings or events. The Assistant Manager works under the guidance of senior leaders to ensure smooth sales processes, maintain CRM databases, and help achieve team targets.

  • Strong analytical skills for market and sales performance evaluation.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to enhance sales and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Customer Management

  • Ensure sales targets are met for assigned projects.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Support customer engagement and lead conversion activities.

Marketing Campaign & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and outdoor advertising.
  • Support project launches, roadshows and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for strategic improvements.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Support successful implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and project coordination activities.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support development of junior team members.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork.

System, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain CRM records and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor project activities and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Sales Coordination & Lead Follow-Up – Support the sales team in lead tracking, enquiry handling, and customer engagement.
  • Event & Launch Support – Help plan and execute project launches, roadshows, and marketing events.
  • Market & Customer Insight Gathering – Collect and summarize market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Good project coordination and multitasking abilities.

Qualification and Experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Additional training or certification in digital marketing, branding, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property sales and marketing or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting property project launches, marketing events, and customer engagement activities.
